Men’s Caribou™ Wool Boot is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 214.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great rugged boot, smells funny I tried these on in the store and ended up a 1/2 size smaller than normal. I wear 11.5 in everything, and went with the 11 in these, which makes a good snug fit with a thick wool sock so my heel doesn't move. The boots are extremely warm the second you put them on, and are extremely waterproof. I was able to drive with them, although carefully. After a month of owning, my only complaint is the smell. I know it's weird, but the rubber has a very strong rubber smell and it actually sinks up my entire apartment. I don't want to keep them outside. I tried putting them in a garbage bag, and that didn't work. So I'm not sure if I will end up keeping them, which is unfortunate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, comfortable, and warm. I'm not a professional reviewer by any standard, but wanted to take the time to say I think these boots are great. Instant comfort, I love the look of the leather, the laces are secured by large, easy-to-thread metal circles rather than hooks that your lace slips off of so easily, and the wool insert is soft and warm. I work in the Alaska bush, on the tundra, and we have lots of minus 20 degree F days. These are what I would call my "warm day" boots, meaning from under freezing to about minus 10. On colder days than that, when I have to stand on the tarmac and wait for a single-prop plane to fetch me to another Native village, I rely on something more formidable like the Baffin Endurance Snow Boot with a small heating battery in a side pocket. But for "every day" slush and cold of plus 32 degrees F to minus 10 or so, these Sorels are hardy enough, and I like the look much more than the Baffin trompers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Boot These are my first Sorel boots. I must say that they are much better than expected. Very comfortable and warm and they look great. These are really for cold or snow. If you wear them on a warmer day (say 40 degrees) your feet will be hot. The size is true. I tried on someone else sorels (A different type) and found them tight. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger but should have just got my size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These boots last I purchased a pair of Sorel boots 29 years ago to prepare for the Michigan winter. Snowmobiling, hunting, ice fishing you name it, and I have been using them ever since. The old boots are shabby but serviceable, but I thought I would treat myself to a new pair. I truly love my new Caribou boots. Since I am 71 years old, I have every reason to believe the boots will outlast me. Oh well, I love them anyway.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Caribou Wool Boot Omg!! I love these boots. I have never invested in really good boots before and these are awesome! I live in South Dakota and it has been down to 38 below. While shoveling the snow my feet never got cold and I didn't slip and slide. So happy that I bought these boots!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the Boot, Way Too Big I bought these boots as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. Before I complain, these shipped fast and were delivered on the exact day promised which was great. I read the reviews for this boot which informed me that I should stick to his true size in all other shoes, which I did. Unfortunately, the size 14 ordered for him was too large to the point of comical- he needs about two sizes smaller then his normal shoe. I wish i was aware of this before purchasing. This may be due to the very large size requested but buyer beware. I will be returning for a smaller size.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible quality After 3 months of usage the heel came apart and was leaking. The boots were pretty good other than that although they are heavy but that's expected for these boots.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seems like a quality boot so far I've only had these for a couple weeks but so far, so good. They've kept my feet warm so far, but the coldest temperature has been -5 degrees below 0 Fahrenheit so they haven't really been tested yet. With cotton socks, you'll feel the cold, but with wool socks, you should stay fairly warm. I ordered my normal shoe size and they're noticeably large; however, with thicker wool socks, that space gets filled up. They're quite comfortable. They also provide a good grip on snow.
