How to Measure Your Foot

  • Place your feet flat on a piece of paper and mark your longest toe and the back of your foot. It's best to do this standing and wearing socks
  • Measure the length (cm) straight from your longest toe to the back of your foot using a ruler or measuring tape.
  • Use the chart to find your size.

Women’s Tivoli™ High II Premium Leather Boot is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 33.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from High II Premium vs High Ii Bought one of each both in black. Ordered a size 7 after trying on a 6.5 in the store which was very snug and after reading reviews. I'm a size 6.5. The size 7 fits perfectly. The premium is made from leather and is quite stiff which softens with wear. It was definitely harder to get my foot in which I was fine with because I don't like my foot swimming in the boot. My feet are neither wide nor narrow. The High II is made of a soft suede and much easier to put on. The material gives more and also expands faster. I wore one of each boot for a few hours in my office. The consensus was the the premium was a better looking boot with the grey piping, less likely to show dirt but also stiffer and a snugger fit. Hopefully it will be a warm boot for the mountain weather.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So disappointed in quality We have travelled to Canada for a White Christmas. We stopped in Vancouver for two days, and during this time I bought the only Christmas present I really wanted: a pair of brown Sorel Tivoli boots. And they looked absolutely fabulous - for a couple of hours. However wIthin 24 hours of buying them (and wearing them in city conditions, i.e. On the pavement only, with no snow), the boots had developed the following problems: 1. One of the rose-gold boot lace ends had fallen off and has been lost 2. The grey/white piping around the shoe had peeled in several places. I really can't believe that such a high-priced boot could be so badly or cheaply made. I'm so incredibly disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Gorgeous boot...but buyer beware I've worn them to work 5 times and.... - the grey piping has peeled on both boots. They look terrible already. - the gold cap on the ends of the laces has fallen off many times. - they take forever to put on - the laces need to be 3-5" longer - my feet have been wet and I haven't even done any outdoor activities with them...just worn to and from work. I'm so sad. They are so beautiful. But my feet need more than just good looks.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love this boot! I just received my boots and I love the style, color, and material of these boots. I can dress these up for a casual night out and dress them down for a run to the grocery store. Although I love the style, I have to agree with others that these boots are HARD to put on. I usually fit a 9 so I bought a 9. Once I got them on my feet, after about 5 minutes, the fit was fine. The heel construction of the boot is not flexible at all and made it very difficult with getting my heel into the shoes. If a 9.5 were still available I'd send them back and get the half size bigger. So I'm hoping after a couple of wears I can break them in and it won't be so hard to put on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great boot I'm really happy with these boots. Was concerned about sizing being too small due to other reviews I read, so I ordered a half size larger than normal the fit is perfect. So, I would recommend just going a half-size up from your normal size. Comfy right out of the box and cozy in bad weather.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks Great & Very Warm The boots are very soft and cozy on the inside, with a stylish exterior. I usually fit a size 8 and ordered an 8.5 - they fit perfectly! I recommend people order a half size up - only if you wear super thick wool socks would I recommend getting a full size up. In my roots socks, the 8.5 fits snug and comfortable. At the end of the day I know that if I want warm boots that will last I should stick with Sorel - I'm very happy with my purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love style and feel but looks like they got wet and have water stains. Which picture above doesn't I got these boots as early Christmas present. when arrived felt a little wet and thought they would dry fine or maybe it was just cold. I check them again and look same. Called customer service and said it was how the boot was suppose to look. Was wondering if anyone else experienced the same thing? Or if their boots look just like picture above.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Material quality Unfortunately i was unlucky with those boots because, my boot after two day wearing them the grey line in the black shoes started to disappear. I think i received a defective one because i had sorel boots before and never had a problem with them. I'm waiting on sorel to send me the return label and hopefully have new boots before winter ends. because for a 250$ pair of shoes the material should be quality, i'm disappointed....

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Laces too short I love the look of these boots but am not sure I'll be able to keep them as the laces are way too short. I am typically a 6.5 but ordered a 7 and the foot fits well. But while the boot fits, (I usually wear wide calf boots) I can't get the laces to tie at the top.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lots of issues I used to think that Sorel was the best brand of winter boots, now I’m not so sure… I purchased a pair of these beautiful boots 2 weeks ago and so far I am very disapointed with my purchase. I wish I had read the other comments before spending 250$ canadian dollars on them. As mentionned in the other comments they are very difficult to put on. I thought it was just because they were new, but 2 weeks later they are still very difficult to put on. Unfortunately, I didn’t buy a size up, which I should have done because they are a bit tight. Also, they aren’t super warm. It’s only the end of fall and with temperatures between -5 and -10, my toes are a bit cold when I arrive at the office (I take the city bus). What’s it going to be like once its -25 or -40 this winter? Third issue I have with the boots is that the grey seam on one boot is undone. After only 2 weeks!! And I take good care of my boots/shoes. The gold accent on the laces has even fallen off twice when tying them up. I thought that by spending a lot of money on a pair of Sorel, my feet would be nice and warm for at least 3 winters… but no.
