Great boot

This boot is a great addition!
I live in Buffalo, and the winters are cold. I ordered the Emilie zip boots in black and I love them! This was a great addition to my closet. They are true to size, and keep my feet warm in the snowy conditions. I would highly recommend them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

NOT WATERPROOF! No customer service!
I bought these boots to use them during fall and winter of Montreal. Although it is explicitly stated on the body of the boots that they are WATERPROOF, they were not!!!
After the first rain in Montreal, they leaked and my feet were completely wet!
So, I didn't even dare to use them during snow!
You could definitely find a similar product with much less price if you don't' mind your feet get wet, and I really recommend you to spend your money on other brands to make sure that you end up with a real waterproof product!
I tried to reach out to the customer servive and warranty department. However, they were not responsive! They didn't accept the responsibility and now, I have been left with NOT WATERPROOF boots for the severe winter of Montreal having lost my money.
I truely recommend you to consider other brands, since the quality and the warranty services are going to make your worst experience!

Great boot, but color is off
The boots fit great! A tad bit loose, but great for thick socks. They are super comfortable and stylish. The only “bad” thing I have to say is I ordered the color “major” and in the picture it looks like a brown shade, but when they came in they had an olive green tint to them. It didn’t bother me, but it might someone else. Just FYI! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The Perfect Bootie!

Best boots ever
Incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I hate shoes with too much structure, where my feet can’t move, and I was pleasantly surprised that these were so soft and flexible. I also feel that the shape of the boot is flattering to the leg and elongates it. The waterproof aspect is convenient too; I can confidently wear these without having to check the weather forecast. Perfect everyday booties
These are the perfect everyday booties. I have dressed them up and down. Perfect with a dress or with a pair of leggings and sweatshirt. I love that they are waterproof and are so versatile.
