How to Measure Your Foot

  • Place your feet flat on a piece of paper and mark your longest toe and the back of your foot. It's best to do this standing and wearing socks
  • Measure the length (cm) straight from your longest toe to the back of your foot using a ruler or measuring tape.
  • Use the chart to find your size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The older model 1964 Pac T in leather I bought a pair of the older 1964 Pac boots a couple of years back, when they were made in leather, on a post-winter clearance sale. I have used them occasionally in the Portland area winters. But this winter ('16-'17) I have pretty much lived in them around the house due to the snow, ice and arctic winds. I did swap out the original polyester liners for LaCrosse wool felt liners. The Pacs have performed excellently keeping my feet dry and warm. There's nothing like a Pac boot in this kind of winter weather. And there's no Pac boot out there that surpasses my Sorels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product The boots are just as pictured and twice as comfortable. My roommate ordered a pair and loved them so I bought these. His fit a little loose on him so I ordered mine a half size down from my norm and they fit perfectly. With the liner I don't even half to worry about thick socks. My feet stay warm no matter what!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from True to size? No chance! Love the boots, well enough made but the tag line "true to size", by it would seem to be a fair few people, simply cannot be correct. I am from the UK, I am a EU size 45, UK size 11 meaning I should be a US size 12. Bought these boots on the internet (sadly couldn't get a chance to try any on in a store) a size down, so a US size 11 knowing full well they would probably run big. Had to return them and I am now wearing a US size 9.5 which are still slightly too big. I've no idea what people thing true to size means but it certainly doesn't equate to these boots.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaky I have had these boots for a year, and now one of them is leaking very badly -- it's like there is water slushing around inside it. And it is not being used to walking in water, just in the rain and wet snow. It's too bad, because they are otherwise good boots, but they're not much use if they leak.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too large I took the measure as per FIT GUIDE, the result is that the boot was too large. I spent a lot of money to send the boots back, bad experience. Never again buy shoes on internet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Bought these for my son and have not had one complaint about feet or cold or wet except they eat his socks. Would definitely buy again. I have had the same pair of boots for 25 years and they are just now starting to leak.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Goooooood boots I have had these boots for almost 2 years now. They are still holding out well. In my profession i do a lot of walking even in the winter. And that is walking on both snow and concrete and the tread is still holding out. Very warm and comfortable. They go well with dress pants too. :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from very narrow and tight in the ankle generally this size is quite roomy for me, but I couldn't even get the boot on. the ankle space was so narrow and there was no give with the lacings in that section of the boot. that was barefoot. I can't imagine trying it with socks. I have several pair of Sorel's and was shocked - I even double checked the size. No luck. Fortunately my son is just about in that size so they should work fine for him if we catch it early.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cool looking boot, with some compromises. This is a winter boot that has a great classic look, but is a little low on functionality and warmth, when compared to serious winter gear. It's basically a rubber duck boot with a nylon upper sewn into it, and a waterproof barrier on the back side of the nylon. Then a (removable) felt liner is stuffed in to give it insulation for warmth. This is old school simplicity, and it works reasonably well. The boots are also fairly comfortable, and look very cool. Though, if you're looking for a serious boot that really performs, this might come up a bit shy. The insulation is adequate, but not super warm. I'd consider it equal in warmth to 400G insulated boots from other manufacturers. Though, over time the felt liner compresses. The fit gets more sloppy, and the warmth goes south a little as well. The liners are replaceable, but the price isn't insignificant. The nylon is good to keep the weight down, but doesn't provide the ankle support of leather, which is stiffer. It looks cool though, and makes the upper pliable. They're easy to put on and take off. The sole is considerably thinner than I expected it to be. It makes for a comfortable boot with a lot of give to it. But you do loose heat through the bottoms of your feet when walking on cold surfaces. I haven't had them long, so I can't comment on longevity. The construction is ok, though a little less robust than I thought they would be. These are good for shoveling snow in the driveway, or going out to the bar in bad weather. But for serious conditions (working outside, or walking far away from home), i'd look elsewhere. Either step up to a more robust Sorel, or a boot with new tech. Modern insulation and waterproof membranes have allowed manufacturers to make boots that are warmer than this with considerably less bulk, and without the sloppy fit. Different boots for different purposes. I'd consider this a fashion boot that's pretty high on utility. But it doesn't quite have the construction or design for me to trust them for serious winter conditions. The flip side, this is a great looking boot that has enough utility for small outdoor tasks, but won't completely overheat your feet indoors. I think that's more of the aim of the design, and for that, it does pretty well.
