How to Measure Your Foot

  • Place your feet flat on a piece of paper and mark your longest toe and the back of your foot. It's best to do this standing and wearing socks
  • Measure the length (cm) straight from your longest toe to the back of your foot using a ruler or measuring tape.
  • Use the chart to find your size.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Overall a good boot The front part of the boot was bulky. More so then i was expecting. The inserts are a bit annoying in the sense they slide out when your trying to take off the boots. But they do keep my feet warm and are comfortable. I ordered my usual size. I maybe could have went down half a size but decided to keep them and i will wear thicker socks. I will get lots of use out of them for the next 4 months of winter.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic boot! I was looking for a good boot to wear for a trip to Fairbanks, AK and this was exactly what I was looking for. The color I got looked great (Caramel) and was a good color to coordinate with. I was worried a little bit about the sizing since I was ordering online, but from checking out all the reviews about sizing I went with getting my true size (6.5) and the boots fit perfectly. Besides that, the boots held up for the first day of snow while still in Alaska and it was nice to step around without getting my feet wet and staying warm. I also did some light hiking with them and they worked well, too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome boots! Have loved Sorels for many years, and it looks like this boot will continue that love-affair! Although no snow flakes here yet, they are super warm, easy to walk in and great color (red!) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like the boots I haven't had winter boots since I was a kid, it was time for a pair. In reading other reviews of Sorel boots I noticed a lot of comments that they ran small. I normally wear a size 8 so ordered an 8.5. I feel they are quite a bit too big for my feet, especially if I am not wearing thick/warm socks. If I wear normal socks they seem a little clunky while walking around, but otherwise I love them!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed by the looks I had initially purchased a pair of Joan of Arctics boots which I returned as it felt really heavy weight and I decided to go for a model that was a bit less massive. I went for the 1964 Premium CV's after reading some reviews (other small models had quite some bad reviews!) and ordered a 7.5 based on the fit charts on Sorel's website. The length is perfect however the boots feel a bit large which I guess is ok if used with some thick socks. The looks though is very disappointing as the boots look massive and while I was hoping to get some black boots these are more on the dark brownish-greyish side. I haven't tried them in the snow yet but from trying them they fell quite comfortable and warm. I've decided to keep the boots, only because I don't want to go through the hassle of returning some boots every week.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Everyday Boots I am very pleased with these boots. They are a great height for everyday use. I am a real estate agent and wanted something to keep my feet dry. The Joan of Arch boots didn't fit well around my ankle and generally getting my foot into that opening so I turned to a different design. Fit is very true to size. My only complaint about the design is that the liners come out when I take off the boot. It isn't ideal, but because love the fit, style and functionality, I will deal with that flaw.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love! Had the Joan of Arctics for several years, never really wore them because they were cuter than they were functional. Came back looking for a lighter snow boot specifically with the wool felt liner, nothing exposed at the top to collect snow and hamper tight lacing, and not as heavy. Voila!! This boot is PERFECT! The canvas upper makes it as light as possible for a reliable snow boot, it's not quite as tall as some others so it laces better around a narrower part of your leg, and the fit was EXACT, no more having to size up or down for thermal socks, etc. I'm an 8.5 in hikers and dress boots, etc, and these in an 8.5 have just the right amount of space for a smartwool sock and a little insulating airspace, without being huge and floppy. Thanks, Sorel!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from second season buying I bought a pair of these last year and loved them so I decided to invest in a black pair recently. the quality is no where near the same, I am extremely disappointed. threads already coming undone and the black color is fading on the ankle shaft. i have only had them 2.5 weeks and they look much much older. they do keep my feet warm but don't look worth the $.will not buy again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Color is deceiving These look very different in real life than the pictures online. The color description was black/fossil, when really, it should have just read fossil/beige. The only true black is on the back heel. I thought these were more black and white so ordered them based on that. I ended up returning these and buying another style. Otherwise these are as expected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits Small I read the reviews, and most of them said fits true to size with extra room for thick socks. This was not the case for me. My boots came in quite small, fit well with no socks, but in the winter I like to wear thick socks so I had to send them back.
