How to Measure Your Foot

  • Place your feet flat on a piece of paper and mark your longest toe and the back of your foot. It's best to do this standing and wearing socks
  • Measure the length (cm) straight from your longest toe to the back of your foot using a ruler or measuring tape.
  • Use the chart to find your size.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid warm winter boots After doing extensive research on how to keep my feet warm in a new climate (new to me), I found myself back with Sorel, coincidentally the last place I purchased winter boots 25 years ago. At that time the Caribou was the only option and I remembered it was a bit heavy. The Winter Carnival packs all the protection and padding of the Caribou but is notably lighter. I sacrificed the beefy sole and traction of the Caribou, but it hasn’t made me feel less stable (the winter carnival sole is ridged). Perhaps it’s because I’m older, or because Maine is really cold, but my toes are slightly cold after standing in the snow for an hour with my kids. I may need to wear liners with my wool socks. Otherwise, the cordura upper fabric is tough and won’t tequire as much care as leather, and the styling is cute for a clunky boot. I’m really pleased with the purchase and would do it again! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these Boots... I ordered these boots knowing that they were waterproof, comfortable, and warm enough to survive our extremely brutal Midwest winters.I purchased the shorter Winter Carnival version of this boot 2 years ago and love them.I am thrilled to own a taller pair now and will only purchase Sorel boots in the future! Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not warm enough I bought these in 2017 after my first pair of sorels finally wore out after 10+ years. It seems as though the quality has greatly gone down. I wore these boots today to watch the Santa Claus parade in 5 degree weather and my toes were frozen! Same with my husbands boots! Unfortunately we will not be buying from this company again and do not recommend it either.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A winter must have great quality boots, very water resistant, worth every penny.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheaply made, not durable. I was wary when I bought these boots, because the rubber looked much too thin to be able to withstand my city's severe winters. However, I trusted this brand and the "can withstand -32°C" on the tag and bought them anyway. I would use them a bit in Toronto before bringing them home, where the -32 weather would actually happen. When I first started wearing them, something was misaligned on the inside and they scratched up the backs of my ankles until they bled, also damaging the lining. I padded the backs with gauze and tissue and considered them fixed. Unfortunately, it only took less than ONE mild Toronto winter (where the temperature never dipped below -20C) before the rubber cracked all the way through on the top/front of one of the boots, making it completely susceptible to slush and water. I'm quite upset, because this thin pliable rubber was the only kind I could find available anywhere when I bought these. I feel this brand has gone down a lot in quality since I was a kid, with the prices remaining consistently high. The only alternative I could think of that might last me more than one winter was to buy steel-toed workboots, but that kind of spending really shouldn't be my only option just to be able to walk outside in the winter without slipping or getting soaked. These boots were advertised as being good for harsh winters, but didn't even last a season in the comparatively mild Toronto. If you live basically anywhere in Canada, these probably aren't for you. I'm remorsefully awaiting a refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't wait for snow days! I purchased this pair of boots because I haven't worn Sorel boots since I outgrew my last pair years ago... no wonder I've been suffering all these winters! I love the style of these and appreciate the roominess for thicker socks (I ordered my normal size 8). I'm ready to take on the snow in upstate NY!! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Price! I purchased these while they were on sale! Couldn’t be the price and bargain they offered. These shoes are great and will get a lot use when the winter comes back around [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable boots These boots look great, but are completely uncomfortable and unwearable. There is something that sticks into the heel of both boots - you can't walk a block without a blister forming. Do not buy these boots. Found out return policy too late - you send back the boots in original box at your own expense. So, $50 to send them back. Tried giving away but everyone hated them. Do not buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect northeast winter boot I bought these boots to attend a motorcycle hill climb. Knowing I would be standing around in the snow and mud all day and night I wanted a boot that would be warm and comfortable. And that exactly what I got and great style too. Not only were my feet warm and dry, the color and style of the boots looked good too. The height of the boot was perfect as it was at a ski slope and the snow was not excessively deep. I would highly recommend the boots to people who are active winter warriors as I also wore them snowmobiling. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent winter boots! These boots are great for my snowy WI winters. They are made well, warm and waterproof. I appreciated that they ran a little big, so I could wear thicker socks without issue. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
